Our COVID-19 Policy
We take special care while cleaning and disinfecting the house between every visit.
In these exceptional times, it’s good to know that you can cancel any reservation made with us for the conditions below.
If the measures in force do not allow you to travel to the unit and cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund.
Reservations made through Airbnb and Booking.com will be subject to their terms and conditions.
We advise you to read them carefully before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival day.
Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guests doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Located 7.9 km from the center of Brașov (14 minutes by car), in a quiet area of the city (Stupini neighborhood), Roots Villa has a capacity of 4 double rooms with individual bathrooms, and a generous living room with a sofa bed (2 places). Thus, it can accommodate about 8 ‑ 10 people.
